Julianna & Louie | Engagement Session

If I could envision the perfect fall day, it would be this one. The end of a crisp (but not-too-crisp) bluebird day on Maine’s rocky coast, in the company of love.

Julianna, and Louie chose Ocean Ave in Kennebunkport, Maine, for their engagement photo session - just past Julianna’s parent’s restaurant where she grew up, where I worked my first job. Just a few miles from the road that both of our childhood homes are on. The three of us are all from the same small town. I’ve known them for years and years, since before adulthood kicked in, since before the two were together. And how cool it is now that they are together (and getting married!!). After taking their engagement photos, and seeing the way the look at each other, it’s hard for me to remember them individually. It’s obvious (from these photos and from simply being in the presence of these two) that they’re each other’s ‘one’.
